Palio Winery
Palio Pizzeria owner Paul Mazzeo and his older brother Robert Mazzeo learnt to make Italian wine from their family who settled in America. Together they grew up both picking and pressing grape while mastering the finer aspects of wine making. After receiving rave reviews of how authentic the wine tasted, the decision was made to form Palio Winery so that the wine could be passed on to wine lovers outside the immediate family.
